FAQ Below are some commonly asked questions about Building New Worlds online store and network. Please feel free to contact us for any information you do not find on our site or questions you can not find here.
1. When will the store start taking orders? A) We are taking pre-orders starting March 2008. We will not be able to fill those orders until around mid-June as we will not get our shipment until some time around there.
2. When will my order be shipped? A) Your order will be shipped out in the order it is received after we have received the shipment and processed the orders.
3. What form of payments do you take? A) We accept PayPal, Cashiers Checks, money orders and personal checks. All personal checks must be cleared before we ship out your order.
4. When will you contact me about my order? A) We will send you an e-mail with your total when we receive your order. We will also send you out an e-mail once we have processed your order for shipping. .
5. If I choose to cancel my order when do I have to do this? A) Within the first 72 hours from the time we receive your order you should contact our office via e-mail to cancel your order if you need to do so. After 72 hours there will be a 20% restocking fee applied for cancelled orders.
6. Do you offer “Gift Certificates”? A) YES! We do offer Gift Certificates. Please contact us for details.
7. Can I pre-order something that is not Spooky Town for 2008? A) We are currently only offering what is listed on our web site for this year. Next year we will conceder taking special orders. Please send any comments or suggestions to us so that we can better serve you. |
